Jason Isaacs doesn’t get enough credit for Discovery S1 I think. The show wasn’t as good without him and personally I would love more Lorca with him in the role.

On Colbert’s use of Vince Guaraldi Peanuts music… music for 14 “Chuck” Brown specials have been released on vinyl & streaming by Lee Mendelson Productions over the last 5 years…

…and it is some of the best jazz music ever made for tv or anything. LMP is now overseen by his kids after Lee’s death in 2019. The kids found a cache of unreleased master tapes. All of the releases are made with an enormous amount of love. Highly recommend checking all of these releases out. They’re joyous.

Lower Decks Vol 1 Original Series Soundtrack by Chris Westlake. Just now jumping in four years later. Great stuff. The episode scores deserve a Vol 2.

Lower Decks music was so good, even better than Discovery I think.

All Trek Rewatch: DS9 • 1x08 • Dax - Terry Ferrell displays serious acting chops and Anne Haney steals the show as Bajoran Arbiter Renora in DS9’s first courtroom drama. 8/10

Really the entire supporting cast is excellent and with Dorothy Fontana’s name in the credits you know it’s gonna be good.

Started the All Trek Rewatch on the 50th anniversary - Sept 8, 2016.

This one is probably the best episode Marina Sirtis got on the entire TNG run.
