Trying To Quit What Should I Say

For background i just landed a job in the hvac field the carear i went to school for. i know i have shifts this weekend but the job is offering me more money (20 an hour vs 17.25) and wants me to start asap how should i respond to my gm here. also not to sound lazy but its been a rough week i went through a break up with my girlfriend and just want some time to chill out before working a argubly more high stress job. obviously chipotle dosent give af but if im leaving anyways why even finish the shifts you know?

vinaigrette and sour cream combo

has anyone who works at chipotle noticed that in the line training videos they say specifically sour cream dosent mix with the vinaigrette yet so many people all over the internet and my store seem to get a side of vinaigrette and sourcream and mix them? just thought it was funny

bad scheduling

i gotta say working untill 1230 midnight than getting up at 7 for prep has to be the most exhausting thing ever i worked 7 to 230 yesterday came back 5 to close and worked again 7 to 12 today and im exhausted. the thing i dont understand is why would my gm not space my shifts out better and ive also been having issues getting consistent off days. every week i have no clue what day ill be off. does anyone else work at a different location with more consistent scheduleing and does anyone recommend talking abt it to my gm cause i think id work better if my shifts were spaced out.

also just a side note working prep on the days where the truck comes in is absolute hell and i wouldnt wish it on my worsy enemy.

This job is too draining for minimum wage

ive been working at chipotle for about 2 months and i gotta say, it is so much more difficult than my last job. im 18 and used to work in resturant as a busser but decided to switch to chipotle cause i thought the environment would be better and it would be more structured(less partying, more professional management)and it definitely is but not in a good way. ive so far worked grill prep and line shifts and its so annoying that everyone tries to boss me around. like i get it im new but the other crew member whos worked there for a week longer than me trying to constantly criticize everything i do and give me all this unnecessary feedback is so annoying. like why the fuck do you care so much????? if you want me to do my job shut up and let me focus cause you sitting here telling me im not gripping the spoon hard enough or sum stupid shit like that is only gonna slow everything down. its not just one person or the CTs its literally almost all my coworkers trying to put their 2 sense in. like maybe im just a shit worker, but ive been working at my last job for 2 years and they loved me there and were sad to see me go and always said i was a good worker. now i work here and its making me question if i can even be a goodworker at all. not too mention i just feel outed by everyone. its not even advice half the time my Gm the Sls and the other crew members will just straight up scoff at me or get pissed off or insult me. like im trying my best man im trying to do my best job i swear why are you giving me a look like i just killed your whole family or just straight up being like move faster whats wrong with you get your shit together. like i get it its a fast pased stressful job but you dont just gotta be a dick to me the whole time. maybe you should have trained me better instead of expecting me to know everything already???also constantly being called by my gm on my days off and being pressured to stay like 3 hours past my shift is annoying too like i want to have a life i dont mind working extra i like money but how hard is it to just schedule me for later in advanced and cut me early if its slow instead if doing it in reverse. is this all me or is this job really this shit. lmk!!!!
