Toronto Show - August 2026
So I got tickets off StubHub for the Aug 5 show back in January. I got a ticket for section CC in Scotiabank Arena. The thing is though.. there is no section CC on the seat map. When I was browsing for tickets in January and on that specific day, there were tickets also available for section BB and DD at reasonable prices (section AA exists and it's right in front of the stage).
A while after I purchased my ticket, I questioned if what I just bought was legit. I went through the StubHub customer service process and spoke to someone who said they would email me after they contact the seller. I ended up getting an email stating that they verified my ticket as valid. StubHub said they couldn't verify where my section is though and said I would have to contact Scotiabank Arena for that. I reached out to Scotiabank Arena and they confirmed no sections past AA exist, so they said I should reach out to StubHub to confirm their seating map and since I bought my ticket through a third-party site, they can't verify anything on their end.
Anyways, I feel okay that StubHub said they verified my tickets. I still haven't received them from the seller yet, which I'm fine with too. But I'm curious to know if anyone else has dealt with a similar situation before? Or even bought tickets in BB or DD off StubHub for her Toronto show by chance?
