Guys I’m hitting Hayward one more time, any idea where homeless are at?

Program I’m with is giving out free phones to people with medi-cal/EBT. Program is lifeline, it’s a state program and I figured I could give out to the homeless!

Hey guys, just wondering where the homeless in primarily East Palo Alto are?

The program I’m working with gives out free phones to people that receive state benefits (EBT, medical etc) and I was wanting to distribute them to the less fortunate. Thanks yall have a good one
