Wiring Harness Replacement

A few weeks ago, my husband’s 2023 Ford F150 Lariat, Powerboost wouldn’t start. It was towed to the nearest Ford dealership. It took days for them to find the issue. They never narrowed it down but replaced the wiring harness. The truck was in the shop for 3 weeks. The bill was $6300CAD. Ford won’t cover it under warranty despite never actually being able to determine the cause of the issue. They mentioned that it could be a chewed wired but because they couldn’t find it, we also can’t claim insurance.

Has anyone had anything similar happen? Is there any way we can re-coop some of this money? It seems crazy to be dealing with this, with such a new vehicle.
