Got this little Mathilde a month or so ago and had her trailing but I decided to put her up on a trellis this week and today I noticed this. Is it a peduncle? I’ve only been growing Hoyas for about a year and haven’t had one flower yet so I’m not quite sure. It’s almost an orangey color.

I’m late to the party but Please Stop Vlogging (Kenny) is so funny and I’m loving his merch store.

Any other weirdos like to do a philodendron family photo? They’re so pretty I just had to take some pics. 🥰

My painted lady grows like a dang weed and has put out this new leaf with a nifty un-variegated spot. I don’t think she will revert (she lives directly under a grow light) but still it was a fun little surprise this morning. 😊

Was showering my porch philos and they looked so beautiful I had to take a pic! It was a rough winter for them (unusually chilly for Florida) and they’ve been so happy since the mid-90 degree weather is back.

My plant order came today including this beautiful Kotobuki but she’s clearly been through some shit in transit. Her wrapping was loose so there was soil all over her leaves and the soil was bone dry. I wiped off what I could and gave her a good bottom watering but she’s Floptina over here. Will she perk back up once she’s settled into her new place? Should I put a stake or some other support in her pot while she’s adjusting or just leave her like this?

I am new to Colocasias (got my first in April, now I have 3). Picked out this mojito a few weeks ago because it had cool half moon variegation on one of the leaves and I wanted to see if it would put out more leaves like that. Turns out I was right! A little more than half moon on the new one but still pretty dang cool. 🥰
