Any tips or tricks for cutting a braided guitar/instrument cable?
I'm wanting to shorten a guitar cable. I've done this with PVC covered cables before, but never with a braided cable.
My plan is to wrap the cable in painters tape, and then cut the cable through the tape so, hopefully, it won't unravel.
