So I filed for sleep apnea last sept. Was denied but since have had some favorable evidence and filed an appeal. Im aware that changes are happening. I have a c&p scheduled where im hoping it is passed. But am I screwed already with the changes?
So claimed hyper tension last year with BP usually being 150+ over 110-120 but its out of order because I had not gone to the doctors about it, too busy at work and they filed a c&p over the phone. Doctor in Texas calls me and goes "your not here in person...nothing I can do have a good day....." and denied. Fast forward finally got switched to another va clinic and they got my BP recorded and multiple tries it was 167 over 140....I know. Anyways I was thinking of filing a supplemental claim because its still within a year of denial. They already started giving me BP meds. When they rate it do they go by your BP before meds?
