Hi, so as it says in the title my steam link recently started crashing. I use the quest 3 specifically, and it was working just fine without an issue yesterday. Now, anytime I say go to launch VRChat in steam link it crashes when it's initializing the world. Then, it'll say that my host pc has stopped responding. Here's one thing it said, in which I'll provide a screenshot. What can I do to fix this?

I've been researching different jobs in the IT field, as it's a field I want to go in. I'm currently going to college part time, and I am studying Information Systems. I was told database administration is a good job field to go into.
What skills do I need to learn to get started with DBA? How can I teach myself, and what is it like working as a DBA?

Walmart genuinely sucks for this. My Walmart usually gets pretty busy on the weekends. What do they want to do due to them cutting hours? Schedule it so there’s no one to cover at all.
I work as a cart pusher, and asides from me there’s three other people coming in today. I’m working 6:00am-3:00pm, one works from 8am-5pm, then then the third from 2pm-11pm. The fourth one works 5pm-10pm.
It wouldn’t be so bad, but they (coaches and some team-leads) put un-realistic expectations on us. From getting upset when there’s no buggies due to it being busy, or there being barely any carts in the store.
At this point, it’s almost every weekend now. I genuinely don’t know what to do. They stress me out, and I’m unsure if I should call ethics, or start a new job search.
