New symptom and decline after four and a half years??? Are you kidding me??

Gave up everything in my life 4 years ago because Long Covid ruined my life, which I'm sure you're all very familiar with. Now, for the last few months, I've been drained beyond what is "normal" for me. Like, normally I can paint a little once every week, or play with my cat every few days, or cook something once in a while. Now I can do literally none of those things without feeling disproportionately awful after. The price I pay for making a simple dish is the same I used to pay for a 2 hour conversation (weeks of recovery). And now in the last few days my light sensitivity has increased dramatically?? I'm really sensitive to sound now, which is weird enough and I could never understand how that is a symptom, but now light too?? I'm honestly venting so that I don't let myself feel the fear of what this all might mean. My health going downhill even more to the point where I am laying in a dark and quiet room is a nightmare that hits a little too close to home. Idk, I'm just done with this shit.

Why do I look SO boring? What am I missing?

I'm @amynoamy on Whering. I feel like I have some style, but it's never very eye-catching or looks especially interesting. I don't want to look super feminine but I would like to wear things that are..more dramatic? Loud? Any help would be super appreciated!

Got prescribed Mirtazapine....too scared to start taking it

I'm an artist with chronic fatigue, headaches, dizziness etc., as well as depression amd anxiety. In addition to that, I sleep very poorly. As good sleep would probably make me feel at least a little better, my psychiatrist prescribed Mirtazapine.

It has been lying on my kitchen counter for a week now, unopened. I am so scared that it will either make me feel really weird/drowsy/even more fatigued, or that it will have a weird reaction with stuff I already take. I am on Escitalopram and also take a 10mg THC gummy about 4-5 dsys a week, because it's the only thing that gives me energy and makes me feel like a person instead of a shell of one. But weed and antidepressants are famously a risky combo....

I am also scared it will rob me of my creativity.

So, a lot of fears...if anyone can assuage them or tell me of their experiences I'd be super grateful!
