Give it to me straight, how is truck bed damage ACTUALLY evaluated and charged?

I’ve been searching this sub and keep finding contradicting answers about truck bed damage. Enterprise gave this truck to me almost straight off the dealership lot, so I’m the first renter AFAIK. This rental part of an insurance claim and not having my daily would cost me money on jobs. Been putting tarps down to haul stuff (wood, boxes of materials, etc. but not metal or tools heavier than 10lbs) and trying to be extremely careful since there isn’t even a simple drop-in liner, but even moving boxes from IKEA scratched the paint.

Some are scuffs that can be waxed, others need a pen touchup (having trouble sourcing the right red though). Several scuffs and thinner scrapes are longer than 6”.

How screwed am I for these especially since it’s a new truck? Anyone have good insight? Or suggestions of where to get a color matched pen ASAP since Amazon has bombed out twice?

TIA
