Gantry rigidity question

I'm planning on building an Ultimate Bee 1500 x 1500 with the 2.2KW water cooled spindle. I've had some issues with my LEAD that is a 700 x 1000 and has a 1.5KW spindle that nods a bit.

I undertand that the torsion movement is due to the weight of the spindle, and that the extrusions are usually pretty rigid for droop. I've considered using the heavy C-beam from the Makerstore and an additional 40x40 or possibly another 80x40 c Beam to resist the torsion. But thinking about it, since it is an issue due to the weight hanging on one side of the gantry. Would it be reasonable to get another Z module (Linear rail on the back side of the gantry, with bearings, plate, and no spindle or ball screw, but mount about 70% of the spindle side weight and tie it into the Spindle side plate so they move in sync?

That should reduce the torsion quite a bit may add some more sag, an possibly need a higher torque X stepper motor. But would it be better than the 1.5KW without all this compensation?

Thanks for any response. Just wondering if I'm going in a reasonable direction.

Question about being charged coinsurance after deductible / max out of pocket reached?

I was recently diagnosed with CIDP and started IVIG therapy. Which is working great for me. It was pre-approved by my insurance. The doctor's office showed it was supposed to be covered at 100%.

My plan for in network (which ths treatment is) is $0 decductible and $0 maximum out of pocket. Out of network is $300 deductible and $2000 maxiumum out of pocket.

So, I can't understand why I'm showing EOBs listing "27 - coinsurance" for now about $16K this benefits year.

My undertanding is you (metaphrical you) have to pay 100% until the deductible is met, then you pay 20% (which is the rate they are listing in the EOBs) until the maximum out of pocket is met, and then you are covered 100%.

So, with decducitble at $0 and the Max OOP also at $0, why are they saying I have to pay the $16K? Am I missing something here? I called the insurance customer line, and it was 30 to 45 days to review it, I called after that, and they said it still wasn't done, and they'd elevate it to the highest level review for another 5-10 business days, and when I called back after that, they said it was elevated to the wrong group and it has to start over again for another 30-45 days. I got ahold of the HR at my wife's work (where the insurance is through) and they are also pursing it. I've gotten a reply that they realied the infusion service should have been covered at the 100% (which the EOB listed at $25 per visit) but the medicine still requires me to pay 20% coinsurance.

I'm not sure where to go from here. Any ideas? I 'm considering contacting my state's AG office that has a department to deal with health insurance issue like late reimbursements etc, but I'm not sure I've reached that point yet.
