I love my daughter but dear god I hate doing the mom thing sometimes…a lot of times right now. She’s about to turn 3 and her attitude has gotten so awful. She’s become defiant and bratty. I can’t deal with it and I just feel resentment toward my husband. He’s a great dad and partner, honestly I shouldn’t feel resentment, but I just do about half the time. I also hate the expectation of having “one more” and people being like “when’s the next”. Like stfu. I really hope it gets better eventually but it sucks so much atm.

Needed to rant. I’m so tired.

Hi! We are aiming to live in Tosa and ideally wanted to be in east of the highway. We are now considering a property west of the highway near Elmhurst, which I know is a bit removed from the action east of the highway and not as walkable that's for sure. Wanted to gauge what the vibe of the area is like? We are looking for community but unsure if the dynamic changes a lot as you get closer to Elm Grove.

Edit: we have a young daughter too

We're moving to the area this summer and are currently looking into different daycare facilities. So far the one that actually seems to have availability in the summer is Wauwatosa Daycare and learning center at Trinity Woods. Was curious if anyone has any insight into this facility? I've heard good things about Bright Horizons but of course it has a much longer wait list. Haven't heard much about the Trinity Woods location.
