General question - does HDR look good on lcd? (VA panel)

I'm thinking about getting a AOC Q27G42XNE 1440p

Weird artifacts on low Hz

as u can see on the video I have artifacts when I have low Hz / fps. Seems fine on 165 and 170hz, except for when I'm booting up the pc - same thing happens on the lock screen and gets even worse over time.

Any way to fix this or do I just return it?

Any way to play games in other languages? /SteamTools

I've tried to use it because the download is fast but I couldn't get to work / find a language pack for Marvel's Spider-Man 2. Is there any way to play it in polish?
