Coming up on 2 years with RTX and am potentially moving into a team lead position, a 5 performer to a 6 manager. According to the salary survey, I'm in the middle of my band for a 5. What kind of an increase is realistic? I'm not expecting much competition for the role. All my previous experience was with the government in a niche field.
