Hey guys! I (F27)was recently diagnosed in October when my first OB came and it was UNBEARABLE. Before I realized what was going on I was in so much pain I could barely walk and I cried every time I peed.
I tried every method I could to help with my first OB. My physician said the first one is the worst one and I probably wouldn’t have an outbreak again if I reduce stress yada yada.
Anyway, I was wondering what methods, especially if you’re a woman, you all use to help with the pain.

One of the most effective ways FOR ME was I grabbed a peri bottle, filled it up with 1 part peroxide 1 part warm/whatever temperature you prefer and while you pee SPRAYYYY. Sometimes I even do it randomly throughout the day. Personally it helps with the pain or discomfort throughout the day and I thought I’d share the information. The water bottle method is cool but I’d recommend a peri bottle so you don’t squeeze as hard or move at a weird angle on the toilet.
