What apps do you use for dating?

36m here. Been having hsv-G for almost 12 years now. I've dated women who didn't have it, i would just feel better dating someone who did. Having the talk can be embarrassing ya know. What dating apps do you all use or do you prefer to meet people in person? I've tried PS but everyone is long distance.

Dating Experience in the Black Community

How has your experience been dating in the black community? Are you rejected often? Has anyone ever disclosed to you after disclosing? For it to be so common in our community, I don’t hear many people talk about it. I consider myself to be fairly attractive, educated with a nice career, really just a catch. But after being diagnosed with HSV2, I don’t feel as confident. I am really scared to get back out there. (Mid 20s, AA, F)

Hey guys! I (F27)was recently diagnosed in October when my first OB came and it was UNBEARABLE. Before I realized what was going on I was in so much pain I could barely walk and I cried every time I peed.
I tried every method I could to help with my first OB. My physician said the first one is the worst one and I probably wouldn’t have an outbreak again if I reduce stress yada yada.
Anyway, I was wondering what methods, especially if you’re a woman, you all use to help with the pain.

One of the most effective ways FOR ME was I grabbed a peri bottle, filled it up with 1 part peroxide 1 part warm/whatever temperature you prefer and while you pee SPRAYYYY. Sometimes I even do it randomly throughout the day. Personally it helps with the pain or discomfort throughout the day and I thought I’d share the information. The water bottle method is cool but I’d recommend a peri bottle so you don’t squeeze as hard or move at a weird angle on the toilet.
