People who have switched to Canopy -- Tips and tricks?

Hi Everyone! My small firm (20 employees, 10 on my team) is in the process of migrating over to Canopy from Practice CS (Thompson Reuters).

Any useful tips for people who have been using Canopy? Like good "tags", "filters", or anything? Our implementation guide knows Canopy, but I don't feel like he has any idea of how it can make our practice more efficient. We have a massive client list (about 2,700 for the 10 of us) and so organizing all of this and filtering will be huge for us.

Even Task template ideas would be helpful too. I'm 33 on track to partner in a few years, so this set up we're doing now will likely dictate how efficient I am and my team is for a long while. Any help is very appreciated!!

Floating Question

Hi Everyone! My friends and I are visiting Boise for a Boys trip in late August.. One of the days we were planning to float down the river. The plan was to rent tubes at Barber Park. I know technically you aren't allowed to drink on the river, but it sounds like most people do. What is the best way to do this? We'd bring cans, but I'm not sure if it's possible to rent a floating cooler or not?

Want to make it clear that we will be respectful of the river and will absolutely not be littering at all!!

Also, any great bars, speakeasies or sports bars around town would be awesome!!! We are staying near downtown.
