This silicone spatula contamined my clay and caused curing inhibition of my platinum silicone mold. Are there safe silicone spatula's out there? Alternatives?

Safe silicone spatula's?
This is my first sculpt on a PLA base with sulfur free oil plastiline.
I made a platinum silicone mold, but it failed due to curing inhibition. Turns out the silicone spatula that I used has a trace tin compound in it that causes the inhibition.
Sad times, as the statue is now covered in tacky uncured silicone.
I'm looking for a similar soft tipped spatula set that won't cause curing inhibition. Any leads on this? Many thanks!

This 20kg ac100 cast with retarder and oxide pigment has many uneven spots. It cured for 24 hours in an encased silicone mold and got pretty warm. What is the issue? Also some weird watery residue during demolding. Thanks!
