Hello everyone,

I’m a 26F who recently gave their life to Christ about a year ago and am living with an abusive parent. Towards the beginning of the year I believe I heard the Lord tell me to “move”, and honestly since then I haven’t. At first when I heard it, I was excited. But when I told my abusive parent, they began putting fear in my heart/mind and began mocking me and Jesus/God. So 10 months later (today) after my church service, I was convicted because of disobedience.

1. I’m afraid of what will happen once I move because idk what to expect. I’ve decided to move from Mid-Atlantic Northeastern U.S to Pacific Northwest. (halfway across the United States!)
2. I have no supportive friends or family, and barely have brother and sisters in the church who I’m close to, so I can’t ask for advice/godly counsel.
3. I have no jobs lined up, no housing, no savings, etc. I bought a plan ticket in faith, but honestly I’m afraid to take this leap of faith. But I’m also excited and think “what if it works out?!”

What should I do?
