so I am interested in making onigiri or sushi but the rice that I prefer is a mixture of a few kinds of wild rice. is there any way that I could make these sticky enough to form a sushi roll or onigiri? I tried Google and the ai recommended a sugar and rice vinegar blend and maybe even a corn starch slurry. would it be beneficial to try these or would there be a better way? thanks in advance
