Eggs or dandruff
My head is itchy and i have red spots but idk it might be because i used permetrine and cylkometikon on the same day a week ago and cyklometikon for twice as much time as i should lol/

Is this head or clothing lice
On friday in the middle of the night i found this on my shoulder/back/neck area crawling. Just one. We didnt see anything in eachothers hair. On saturday me and my bf used permerthine shampoo and me just after - sth with cyklomethicone. He used cyclomethicone on monday. We comb each others hair very throughly every day and cant see anything, we found 2/3 empty eggs i think each, like white but they made a popping sound. Should i be worried or do sth more and is it clothing lice? We washed everything etc thou. My bf said he sat next to a homeless man on a bus on friday so could he have given him it?
