9 weeks post opp Unable to work due to pain (Transposition surgery)

(note I have quite physical jobb with intense hand arms use)

Since last week my doctor allowed me to work 20% (8 hours a week).

I had shift yesterday (2 hours) but it's a lot of hands/arm work. Non stop typing and lifting boxes and putting medication on the shelf, and making mixtures by hand (Pharmacy job).

Now I have same level of pain as 1 week post opp 6/10
constant and 7-8/10 on the work. I was getting better and had days with O to mild pain, but now my elbow is extremely soar and my hand is burning.

Has someone been in same situation as me ?

5 weeks post opp pain (Subcutaneous Transposition)

Its been 5 weeks since ulnar nerve subcutaneous transposition. Pain level has been moderate but I had Physiotherapist appointment last friday it caused so much pain since then Pain has increased two folds.

Its seems like My doctor (GP) has no knowledge about post ulnar nerve transposition pain management. And i can not simply book appointment with a specialist (This counties laws+ several weeks waiting)

What kind of medication 💊 or treatment did you guys get post opp? And how long did it take you to get back to work post transposition?
How long it takes to completely heal from this surgery?
Can it be scar tissue around the nerve in my case? If you so how did you get diagnoses with scar tissue?

Unable to work post Transposition surgery

To make my case complicated i have bilateral cubital tunnel syndrome +subluxation. Operated in my left elbow 4 weeks ago.
My symptoms before surgery (8/10 electric pain sometimes in pinky and elbow, ulnar claw, and numbness and snapping ulnar nerve. Surprisingly normal EMG. Total duration of symptoms 2.5 years.

Its been 4 weeks since Ulnar nerve transposition surgery.
And still unable to work.
Even changing clothes, tying shoelaces, putting socks on causes intense pain in elbow and hand. Can’t even cook my own food. So working at a busy work place with intense elbow/hand use is out of question.
Ulnar claw does seems to be getting better.

How long does it normally takes to recover from this surgery? And How long did it take you to get back to work? Especially if you have lots of hand/arm use at work?

I had subcutaneous Transposition surgery in my left arm 3 weeks ago.

Recently (a week ago) i started noticing that in my right arm i am getting feeling of popping snapping sensation when i stretch my elbow (near the funny bone area) discomfort in elbow and pain in the pinky side of hands.

I had similar but much much worse symptoms in my elft elbow (and unlar claw as well) and surprisingly normal emg.

Am I developing cubital tunnel in my right arm as well? I feel like i am extremely unlucky person who is has same issues in both arms.

Is it common to have bilateral cubital tunnel + subluxation?
