Haven't been able to log in since last night. Anyone else having issues?

So, I asked some tax questions yesterday as I finalize my taxes. Didn't copy the answer, as I have always gone back into my history to find stuff. Today, all of my chats will load except that one. what is going on?

The latest 2 for 1 sale has a zillion garbage titles of less than an hour in their 2 for 1 sale. I literally can't find anything because of this garbage. Any suggestions on being able to filter? This is the first time I've seen this in a sale
