I feel like jersey kind of lacks the smoker friendly vibes that nyc and brooklyn have where people can smoke in an outdoor section of a bar or a back patio. what places are similar but in jersey?

Been working long hours and never have time to go to the dispos, not to mention they never have the brands I like which I don't really wanna ship from cali either. Does anyone know any local shops or delivery services that have the stuff I love like mad labs or dab bars or sherbinski or raw gardens
