Good afternoon everyone, the National Crokinole Association 2026-27 Season is well underway, and we have just released the finals from the Turtle Island Crokinole Championship, a reputable tournament that brings out the best of the best - and, in the last match of the day we saw two titans of the game go head to head: Josh Carrafiello, the 2024-25 Tour Champion VERSUS Justin Slater, 5-time World Champion. We haven't seen these two play against each other in singles since (I believe) the 2025 London Crokinole Championship. Enjoy
Happy Saturday everyone, the finals of the 2026 World Crokinole Championships is out now! this is a rematch from the 2025 final, between two of the most dominant crokinole players in the tour: returning 2025 World Champ and newly crowned world doubles champion Shawn Hagarty, VERSUS Returning challenger Devon Fortino. This was one of the greatest matches of the tour, and a great way to end worlds. Enjoy
20 minutes outside of Albany is the small town of Voorheesville, the home of the Extra Pint Crokinole Club - this group hosts the highly sought out US Open Crokinole Championship (on April 25th), one of the largest crokinole tournaments in the states, featuring the best crokinole players in the globe
Not only was this year the biggest US Open ever (60 teams, 120 crokinole players), it was also the first time an American has won the tournament, beating the Canadians for the first place spot in their own game!
