Angry Racist Silver Toyota Prius Driver that frequents Woodbury Town Center

Couple weeks ago on a Friday evening, saw this Silver Prius screaming at a dude for crossing the street from the Chipotle/First Class Pizza to the parking lot towards Home Depot. Mind you that the dude crossing the street did not cut him off, he started walking across when the Prius driver was no where near close. Prius driver screamed at him a racial slur for Asian people as he drove by him.

Today this evening, saw the silver Toyota Prius with the guy screaming at a woman in a Tesla this time, pretty sure it's the same dude because his voice is similar. Yelling at her to learn how to drive and etc. This happened on the intersection exit to Irvine Blvd by Chik-fil-a.

So I'm pretty sure this dude either works in Woodbury Town Center or frequents this area and wanted to let you guys be aware if you frequent Woodbury Town Center in the evening time, it happened twice so far around the Chipotle/Chik-fil-a area. Dude's got an anger issue or something.
