Help with coaching please 🙏

I’m starting to seriously study American football with the goal of eventually coaching kids under 14 in Australia as youth leagues continue to grow.
I’ve watched a huge amount of football and analysis over the years and have a pretty good understanding of the game, and I also played rugby at a high level when I was younger, so I’m comfortable with the team-building and leadership side of coaching.
Where I’m less confident is the X’s and O’s and how to actually teach the fundamentals correctly to kids.
For experienced youth coaches, what would you recommend I focus on learning first? What are the key fundamentals and concepts an under-14 player actually needs to understand, and what resources would you recommend for someone wanting to learn the game properly from a coaching perspective?
I’d really appreciate any advice on where to start.

I average 5 hours a night sleep but almost 4 hours of it is restorative, thoughts?

Due to illness and pain I’m unable to sleep past 5 hours but almost all of it is restorative, I thought this was normal but searching reddit I’ve realised that even though I don’t get much sleep I still get more restorative sleep than most, do you guys give much weight to that metric or is pit most likely just a byproduct of my body needing rest badly due to illness? Cheers

Cause for concern?

I am pro-active in trying to get to and stay asleep, I wear blue light blocking glasses as soon as the sun goes down, keep my room nice and cold, dont drink alcohol, get sun as soon as it’s available in the morning and throughout the day, do my absolute best to keep my bedtime routine the same, no screens or devices, I don’t drink coffee & tried breathing techniques :)

Ive had my Whoop for a week now, on my old Apple Watch my HRV was consistently 30 and in the last few days obviously you can see it’s changed dramatically, along with my resting heart rate increasing…. Also the longest I can stay asleep at one time is just over 4 hours and lack of sleep really adds up. Thankyou for any advice or insight in advance
