I bought Mac Studio m4 with 1 tb from microcenter for 2 k and will be trading in the Mac mini base for 565 at Apple. Did I made a good deal?

Finally got hold of Mac mini m4 base. My first Mac . Soon will be buying MBA too..

Please welcome me to macOS world and help me make the transition smooth.

I need help with

1. base came with only 256 gb , so added a dock with 1 tb SSD . Need to understand how can I move the documents , Download and photo library to external drive so that 256 gb is only used for OS and Apps

2. how can I use one drive or Google Drive to directly map as a network drive on Mac as if it’s always available when online to hold files and folders

3. any videos you may suggest to get use to Mac gui with multiple desktop .

4. still using windows keyboard and mouse, customized some keys to get the same as windows but still any help would be great to ease it. I still have to use windows for work.

5. any more general suggestions of apps , or anything that would make my life easier with Mac mini is highly appreciated
