And Jesus said unto his disciples "Come forth, and you shall receive everlasting life..."

But John came fifth and received a set of steak knives.

Peter came last and had to eat the biscuit.

Currently planning a trip for the fall and wanted to take a good amount of time to explore in and around Nagoya. My current plan is to travel from Tokyo to Kyoto and use Nagoya as a stopover base to explore sights in Gifu and Aichi for a few days. I'm trying to determine how to build my itinerary and how many days and nights to allocate for it.

Places I'm interested in visiting:

Nagoya: SC Maglev Museum, Honmaru Palace, Toyota Commemorative Museum of Industry

Inuyama: Inuyama Castle, Meiji-Mura

Gifu City: Gifu Castle (yes, I know it's a reconstruction, but the views at the top seem worth it), Cormorant fishing

Sekigahara: Gifu Sekigahara Battlefield Memorial Museum

Gero Onsen: Want to spend 1 night at a ryokan in Gero either at the beginning or end of this part of the trip.

Based on your experiences, how many days/ nights should I spend in Nagoya to visit most if not all of these places? I think Sekigahara could be included with Gifu City, but trying to add Inuyama on the same day might be too much. How would you allocate your time for this?
