Lyall’s Mariposa lily
Calochortus lyallii
This wildflower can be observed in just a handful of counties in the state of Washington. Its range just barely extends into southern BC, meaning it’s all but endemic to the state! I believe it’s threatened species. Easily of my favorite lilies!!
