Happy Hamstery mis-weighing sprays
I got my package from happy hamstery today and I'm a bit disappointed. All of this was underweight. I even double checked my scale because I though surely something must be off. But nope my scale is literally spot on. I've contacted them and I'm sure it will be resolved but weighing their items correctly is kind of their only job 😅
Papaya stems were supposed to be 50g Oat spray 200g each Millet 125g Flax 125g

I have received an email back! Tabitha actually emailed me and she said they do get all of their sprays pre-packaged and that they pay by weight. Someone else will be reaching out to me so I can get a refund or something to resolve this personally. As for their manufacturer she said she'll be reaching out to deal with them asap and will change the grams on the website if necessary for the meantime. I definitely wish they would've double checked beforehand but I think this is the best they can do for now. I hope this isn't a long term issue, it would suck if thousands of people have been getting less than what they paid for =/
