New routine for skincare

I posted yesterday about trying find new routine. I do have dry skin, some wrinkles, 39yo, sun damage etc. I narrowed down some products today but am overwhelmed on how many I actually need. Was hoping to buy on 4th July sale yet too. Looking at skinbetter alto adv, Alpharet, skinceuticals ptiox serum, triple lipid, ptiox cream, ce ferulic, alastin rsc, or epicutis lipid serum. Does anyone have suggestions? Thanks!

I finally just got a negative SIBO test but both my gi map in Jan and April both showed Candida, leaky gut, and few others out of balance. I am pending results on food sensitivity and environmental toxins test through mosiac. My naturopath has me starting orthobiotic, nutridyn gi integrity, sfi theraflavone, and 30 days of nystatin 2 pills 4 times day. I already added NAC and take digestive enzymes and vit d. I am also on thyroid meds. My question is does anyone have suggestions on how/ when to take things? Its alot to fit in. Thank you!
