I keep looking at my hands and legs when I practice moves and tricks

I’ve been practicing pole for about 3 months and love it! My personal issue is that every time I do a move and tricks, I can’t stop myself from looking at where my hands and legs are during the moves. For example, I’m not letting my head and back/body tilt back for certain moves that’ll make it look more graceful or sexy. I think I keep looking because I’m trying to make sure my form and hand/leg placements are correct, but then I don’t feel like my moves look good or the move doesn’t look like how it should be because of this.

One of the instructors told me I had the foundation down for wrist seat/Hello Boys, but I was rounding my back because I kept looking at my hands and feet so she told me to tilt my head back and look at the wall lmao 😭

Silly questions but has anyone had this issue before when starting out as a beginner? Any tips on how I can relax and just stop looking? Does it come naturally overtime by building muscle memory from practice and just letting my body trust the pole so I can naturally thrust my head and body back?
