I was researching a few powerful cartridges for pistols such as the 460 Rowland, and I came across this cartridge. It's a bottleneck 45 case with a 40 bullet, it has the same energy as a 460 but less recoil, it doesn't require a compensator(although it seems to work on the absolute limit of the gun).

I did some math, i think it would be possible to make a weaker version of this cartridge, down to ~700 ft.lbs, same power as a 10mm, but the recoil of a 45, or maybe a hot 9mm, but that's just a theory

It's been some months already, but I noticed that the tip of my ulna is sticking out a bit, sometimes I wonder if it has ever been like that, but it's probably a bit pronounced. During my day I don't feel any pain, but I feel a bit when I do arm/wrist curls, it's not an average pain, it's feels more like a nitrogen bubble that I can't pop. I remember the discomfort started after doing bicep curls, it's only on one arm, but it almost started on the other one recently. It doesn't prevent me from doing the exercises, but annoys me. When I do one arm (assisted) push ups, I don't feel anything, it's just when I hold some weight, which btw, I use a backpack, it probably weighs 6 kgs, and I've been exercising for 2 years. And since I'm like 0.0001% fat and my skin is thin, I can easily notice the bone, especially when I turn my wrist clockwise. Almost forgot, the pain is around the tip of the ulna.

I have an laptop with 4gb of ram, but it's old, so I decided to install linux since it's faster, I wanted to be able to at least watch youtube at 720p 60fps, something I couldn't on windows 10. It's not my first time installing arch, I tried mint and ubuntu before, but for whatever reason I couldn't install either, it was many months ago, I think the actual problem is that I couldn't make the dual boot with windows work. My current browser is Chromium, I've tried a few other known browsers before, but chromium is the faster, although barely, followed by opera gx and edge. I also tried some other like Dolphin and Dillo, but they didn't work, I still don't know why. And I changed a few icons.

I've been trying to find these short jackets, not necessarily military ones, I tried to search "cropped jacket suit", but I didn't like the results. It has a belt but it doesn't matter to me.

There's an armorer in my country who customizes a lot of 1911s with Teflon, which isn't common, and I can't find a lot of information on long-term use or reliability, despite I never heard anything bad about it here, some people use it for both self defense and competition. While researching I also came across a few Springfield TRPs that came with a finish called Armory-kote from factory, which is based on Teflon, and people on forums had good experience with them.
