Bidirectional charging yet for any models?

I have a 21 First edition and I've lost hope for mine but do any of the newer models have bi-directional charging? I think that would be a huge selling point. We have occasional power outtages here where I live in Oregon and to be able to just flip a switch and have a few days at least of power would be huge. Right now I have an inverter I just connect to the 12v battery and sorta does the same but takes more management and can't pull as much power.. I think I can pull 3000w maybe, never tried and just tested with a fridge/tv and some lights/internet.

I would probably do a trade in for a newer one since I'm still loving my car but wouldn't mind going to an AWD and bidirectional charging.

Pace 3 charging.. new cable?

I'm getting close to a 2 year runstreak.. today is day 698 running everyday never less than 5miles(typically 8'ish). Anyway my Pace 3 has been on my arm the entire time.. actually a bit longer but it's been in almost everyway awesome.. weight/size and battery life being the most impressive part......... but the charging has always been slightly annoying even if it is only once every few weeks or so. I'm planning on buying a new cable.. wondering if that's going to make the difference? Or is the problem the watch? I connect the cable and have to balance the watch just right so it charges.. it's very touchy. Also when looking at cables I noticed the Pace 4.. and it's 32g weight.. that's awesome! I might forgo a cable and buy one of those.. any charging connection issues with those?

any other options when refrigerant leaks

Hopefully I have more options...

I have a rental home where I was told today the HVAC 2012 Goodman Heat Pump system has lost the refrigerant and theres a leak somewhere. I was told either they can attempt a repair by using a leak stop treatment and refill ($1750), no guarantees.. or replace the whole thing .. $7800.

They did mention a replacement condensor coil replacement but theres a 4-5 week wait time on the part. Not sure if this could be another option.

Anyway.. are there any other options like just installing separate AC unit that could patch into the current ducting from the old one? I'm assuming the heating part is still fine. I haven't emailed them back.. $7800 is gonna hurt a lot.. I've just spent 15k on other repairs after a tenant completely destroyed the place so I've been out of rents for 10 months and 15k+ in repairs at this point so I'm looking for any other options. I may just roll the dice and do the leak stop treatment but that's still 1750.

Any input would be appreciated.
