Hello,

I am looking for an ez EEE 500 level class for fall 2026 semester. Need one to graduate, at least 3 credit hours. Need to emphasize I can't make attendance alot, only for exams pretty much, so iCourse or hybrid works best, or in person where the prof doesn't care to mark down for attendance. I just need an easy C to pass and finish.

Any suggestions are appreciated based on what people have taken before. I have narrowed down the list personally but wondering if there's any courses I'm missing.

I have been following the zephyrus g14 and g15 (now g16 I guess) since 2022, aka ryzen 5000 series.

Back then, amd was far better than Intel. Like I remember the 13900k exploding or something lol.

I used to have the 2021 g15 with 3070 and 5800h. Right now I have a flow x16 with the rtx 3060 and 6800h cpu. It served well for the last 3 years for me in college, but now I want a light weight G14 for mostly work but also gaming, probably a 5070ish type of gpu maybe even a 5060 ish would be fine. 1440p 240hz competitive/casual games like ow, cs2, Minecraft, idk left 4 dead, stuff like that. For reference, my main desktop is an RTX 4080 and Ryzen 5800X. I'm happy with similar performance but of course the gpu hit will be there which is fine.

My question is, is amd still so much better than Intel? For performance per watt and temps? Battery life? Which models do you recommend? My number 1 priorities are weight and battery life.

I don't care about price, I have uncapped budget, but idk if I'd need a 5080 or something. I do want a gpu, which is why I'm going with the g14. It seems to be the best in class 14 inch laptop for windows and gaming and work - correct me if I'm wrong.
