New Season Update has greatly reduced the value of last seasons p2w limited cards.

* Every free new epics have 2 special skills which was the norm for p2w cards last season. So 3 special skills will be norm for the best epic player in this seasons p2w packs.

*The most important factor is +4 booster compared to +3, even all the free epic and showtime cards will get this alongside double special skills.

*Another aspect of every new epic and showtime cards this season is they have a separate playstyle as well, while it's basic for every old cards, still a new feature for cards released this season.

It's an unusually high powercreep this time around from konami, to put this into perspective the free samuel eto and rui costa cards in the daily game box have double skills similar to last seasons p2w cards alongside +4 booster and extra playstyle.

When you compare, this immediately makes last seasons p2w cards almost obsolete.
