i have a few questions about the Samarkand to Dushanbe route.

1. is it easy to find a taxi from the Jartepa border to Dushanbe or do most of them go only to Panjakent?

2. What is the current fair rate for the drive to Dushanbe?

3. Is it possible to get TJS in Samarkand, better to change at the border or let the driver take me to an ATM in Dushanbe?
