Is it just me or is this a clear violation of safety protocols? Sparks falling from a roof in a gun factory is a disaster in making. I hope Hamza fixes this for employees welfare, this is not a workable condition.

Also he shouldn't allow anybody to smoke in the factory, this a disaster waiting to happen
