I just wanted to post my tracking here because it is becoming increasingly frustrating to not get any updates. Delivering to new york. I know im not alone but god does this new shipping updates suck.

On average, how long does it take for wizards to get back to you in regards to a missing secret lair package?
As reference: I have yet to receive the deadpool secret lair despite UPS and USPS tracking reporting that it has been delivered. I have reached out to both parcel services with no help.
I made a ticket in the Secret Lair support site about 2 weeks ago in regards to this matter and provide updates every 3 days or so. Unfortunately, I have yet to hear back from a real person. Honestly, this entire process has been really frustrating. :(
