I rember watching a show maybe on Netflix, but the basic premise was it was about crimes I think they were all murders that ended up being solved years later.

I can remember two episodes, one in quite a lot of detail and one with a key point.

1. There was this girl who went missing and the whole family went to look for her, after awhile the uncle hurts himself and tell everyone to end the search, then I believe at some point they search a barn and find nothing, After a few days they end up finding the girl dead in the barn that they had already searched and they have no idea who killed her or how she got there. Years later they discover that the uncle had been abusing her and she had plan to leave so he abducted her and hid her when the search was close to her he faked the injury to end it before they could find her, then after he took her to the barn that had been searched where he ultimately killed her. I believe that also one point was that the knew something was wrong because she left her shoes behind when running away from home.

2. This one was about I believe a someone killing a girl both young maybe high school age and the killer threw her bag in a tree near the body but it was a hot climate I believe so not a lot of leaves, after the solve the murder it turns out the killer could see the tree from there house it was quite far but when the police climbed up to get the bag the killer would be able to see a person in the tree and the think it was so the killer could watch.
