What games do y'all recommend I complete next based on my current collection?

Hey everyone,

I know this is commonly asked in the community; nonetheless, I'm gonna ask anyway.

I'm relatively inexperienced when it comes to achievement hunting, this hobby spanning from October 2025 to present day. These are all my current completions throughout this time period (plus Counter Strike 2 if you'd even consider that). I've honestly always appreciated unlocking achievements but had never gone to the rate of full completion, which may explain why my collection is rather condensed.

What games would y'all recommend I give a chance? My main (and really only) device is the Steam Deck, so I have to be conscious regarding options for that. I suppose, as of now, I'm in the middle of completing Lego Batman 3: Beyond Gotham, but that's it.

If anyone would like to add me on Discord or Steam so we could hunt (as well as potentially boost) together, let me know! I'm open for that.

Thanks y'all!

Struggling with health

What’s good y’all? Hope everybody’s having a good day/night as of now!

I guess I come here seeking both advice and support. To cut to the point, I have health issues that aren’t (thankfully) enough to put me in a hospital, but enough that my whole quality of life has been practically ruined. I had a long six month infection on my right side of my nose that lead to seven months (from this point) where I been struggling to come back ever since. My face (looks and feel wise), nose, voice, energy, and mental state have genuinely been affected. I’ve been to a lot of doctors, tests, and meds (which I’m on now) with some help or little success.

I didn’t come here expecting to find a doctor, however.

I just feel so misunderstood by God I suppose. That’s selfish to say, as Jesus suffered a brutal crucifixion for our sins, but I don’t know what to do. I feel so lost, and I can’t lie, I feel my relationship with God stumbles often. I try to talk with him everyday, read my Bible, listen to his word, etc. but maybe I’m not doing something right? I know faith is a major component in God’s plan, I just wish his plan would arrive sooner.

Truth is: I’m afraid. I feel like God won’t end up healing me, and all these dreams I once had (that had good intention with him in mind) will just stay a reality within my head. I ask him for signs that this will finally be over, as this health journey has been rough… isolating. It’s made me more close in my relationship with him, to be fair, but I don’t want to suffer through this.

What do y’all think I should do?

Is a septoplasty or FESS worth it?

Quick background: I never had nose problems really much in my life, maybe occasional mild allergies but it was rare. I got a five month bacterial infection on my right, after assumingely a viral infection left some issues just weeks before. I cleared the infection, but it’s been seven months since then. I’ve tried countless medications and such, it never healed. Not only has my nose and sinuses been affected, but my external appearance, lymphatic system, voice, and overall energy has changed for the worst. It’ll be a year in a few weeks since these problems all started.

I have a moderate deviated septum according to my CT scan, plus Haller’s cells and concha bullosa. I also have mucosa thickening, not a lot, but enough to have no room in my nose.

So I’m mostly likely trying to advocate for a septoplasty along with a FESS and maybe turbinate reduction. What should I expect the healing process to be like?
