hello i found these bobbins and can't find anything on youtube about them, how do i use them? i never did intarsia but i'm planning to so :)

ugh ik there's answers on the other side of the book but i just need help to understand how to solwe this, i don't really understand any of the techniques so i would really appreciate some help 😩
