Okay so im successfully gating/standing aside during the mean reversion regime, and hitting profitable trades in trending regime pretty well on this instrument, but I cant help but notice it could be getting much better entries. Its using EMAs on entry so thats the place to improve. The benefit of this setup is it gets a confirmed breakout move but because of the lagging nature of EMA gets in later.

What methods can capture the move earlier? Everything ive tried hits the same wall and underperforms the current setup

Looking for some ideas how to filter out chop. I have a promising lead which can be dramatically improved with reliable chop filtering

Looking for where I can export deeper chart history

All my methods have limitations either not enough history to do thorough tests or not having the symbol

Been using MT5, tradingview, and yfinance API so far

Current plan of tradingview only allows 10000 bars is there somewhere better?

I've developed a strategy that works well in backtesting and I'm at the point where I want to deploy it to live forward test it and build a track record of its performance.

Also open to doing a simulated run but ultimately want to get real live results

What platforms are best for this?
