I have a 600+ skinned black knight account I'd like to get rid of. Comes with original email, dm with offers

How do I pass the recovery? I had my email changed to a mail.t00 domain and have not been able to successfully recover it. I have all the receipts, original email, console accounts, etc.

Not sure what to do here, has anyone had a similar experience?
