Vests for Women?

I am training for the wildland firefighter pack test. I have to carry a 45lb vest and walk 3 miles within 45 minutes. Achievable, but definitely something I want to practice for. I have until spring.

All of the weighted vests I'm seeing that fit women's bodies only go up to 16 lbs. I have a 40lb men's vest, but it doesn't fit properly at all, and is worse than the backpack I've been using. I can use a backpack, but the test itself is with a vest, so I'd like to practice as close as possible to the test conditions.

Any suggestions? Any way to make the men's vest fit better? Or should I just stick with my REI Trail backpack?

Wilderness EMT

Hello! I got my WFR cert back in April and was surprised by how much I loved it. I have since (nearly) completed an EMT course, I have my final next week and will be taking the NREMT as soon as possible.

Is there a way to consider that a WEMT? Do I need an additional class to upgrade it, even though I already have WFR? Neither of the classes were through NOLS.

[Browser] [2006] Survival

[Platform]: Browser game, flash or something similar.

[Year] Roughly 20 years ago, in the 2005 - 10 range I would guess.

It was a pretty simple game, playing as a person in Africa trying to survive basically. Bad stuff happened, but occasionally your character would live long enough to make a family. Food was an issue, so was violence if I remember correctly.

I dont remember any crazy graphics, I think most screens were of the family itself, with pop ups of events that happened. Not 3D or top down or anything like that.

NE Canada Regionals Question

I'm a little bit confused about the seeding for the Regionals in Canada. Why are there teams from California and Florida on there? Not trying to hate, just genuinely wondering how on earth that happened.
