Bosch says this is “normal” on my $5K+ 800 Series refrigerator — closing one door pops the other door open

I have a Bosch 800 Series French-door refrigerator that cost over $5,000, and I’ve had this issue where closing the left refrigerator door causes the right door to pop slightly open.
I recorded a short video showing exactly what happens:

I contacted Bosch about this previously, while the refrigerator was still relatively new. Getting service arranged was surprisingly difficult, but eventually a technician came out and adjusted the refrigerator height/level using the adjustment wheels/feet at the bottom.
I was basically told that this behavior is normal / “this is just how it is.”
I have a hard time believing that.
If I close one door of a $5,000+ refrigerator normally, I don’t think the other door should pop open. At a minimum, it makes me worry that someone could close the left door without noticing that the right door is no longer completely sealed.
The refrigerator itself is now a little over a year old, although the last service visit for this issue was less than a year ago.
A few questions for Bosch 800 Series owners or appliance technicians:
Does your Bosch 800 do this too?
Is this actually considered normal behavior for a French-door refrigerator?
Since Bosch already serviced the refrigerator for this issue and it was never really resolved, should I ask them to reopen/escalate the original service case?
Has anyone had success getting Bosch to properly address a similar issue?
I bought the 800 Series partly because Bosch markets itself as a premium appliance brand, so I’m pretty disappointed that the answer so far has essentially been that this is normal.
I’d especially appreciate input from anyone who owns the same refrigerator or services Bosch appliances.
