5% deposit government scheme terrible
its simply a bad idea as when property price fluctuates and drops, you are taking a mortgage worth more than the property
the whole idea is based on the assumption - property price will continue increasing , which is based on the assumption of people want to immigrate and live in australia.... but with more immigration, causing inflation and higher rate, which will causing property price drop ...
any thoughts ?
