Issues with account/kobo

Hi all. Earlier today my Kobo decided to reset and when I tried to log in back it says "Currently its not available on your region". I had device for 3 months and im from Uk.

I tried to restart, factory reset, but no luck.

After update it does not give me the usual QR code to activate the device and takes me to main screen where you usually see books.

Anyone had same issue and know how to fix it? Thank you.

Edit: Thank you everyone, I was not aware of the maintenance! Fingers crossed that was it!

I think im getting scammed

Hi all. I need advice of what to do next. I purchased item from vinted from the seller with no reviews (coloursoft for £79, my mistake i should only known better). I raised with vinted and they told me to basically speak yo the seller??? Anyway after requesting to cancel for 2 days, parcel was sent today, just before automatic cancellation. It was sent through evri to my local parcel shop. Now my question is- do I collect this knowing for sure its a scam? Or do I leave it there until it returns back to the seller? If its automatically returned, do they need to also press "everything ok" even if i never collected? Thanks all.

Libra 2 battery

Hi all.

I have a bit of question as im confused.

I recently got used Kobo libra 2 on Vinted. I set it up and used it normally a week ago. Today battery was on 97% before i finish reading for an hour and I just restarted the device (no freezing, I dont know why I did it), anyway, now battery went up to 99%. Is my battery faulty and playing up? Does anyone know how to fix it to show correct battery %?

Edit: it did happen last week, and battery went up by 14% after a restart, but that was i think due to sideloaded books, which i deleted since.

3rd time lucky!

After having issues with batteries for my last two kobo libra 2s (it wouldn't charge or stop charging after a minute) I finally got one thats working!

Im just very confused why these have been discontinued as I feel its that sweet spot between clara bw & libra colour.⭐️

Absolutely love the device! Whoever suggested to get this from seller in Germany through ebay- you are amazing (sorry, cant remember your the name, but there's still a thread about this here). They put prices up after a bought it, so i got lucky 😂 (white one is still normal price though,if anyone's interested).

Charging kobo libra 2

Hi all. I received my second kobo libra 2 today (first one was returned due to faulty battery-it was not charhing at all). This one however, only shows correct % after a restart. Is this normal because I just set it up today and downloaded around 140 books?

It also doesnt show when its actually charging, but when I force a restart it shows that I actually fully charged... I tried 3 different usb cables, including original kobo one thats been included with the device.

Kobo libra 2 sleepcovers

Hi all! Im currently waiting for my libra 2 to be delivered, however im looking to buy official case from either kobo EU store or kobo Canada (Im from uk). Does anyone know how i could purchase these without living in the country? Maybe theres like a forward parcel option that you could suggest?
